We use the information you share solely to help you. We store it securely and delete it after we've completed your request. We never sell your data, use it for ads, or anything else shady. Your information is seen only by the person helping you with your healthcare.
Your messages stay on Advocata's Apple devices and in the hello@advocata.health mailbox, encrypted. Before we act on your request, we ask you to reply YES in the thread, and only then do we phone offices or insurers on your behalf. We delete the thread 60 days after your request closes.
